Non-refundable deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation and is NON-REFUNDABLE under all circumstances, including cancellation, no-show, or early departure. The deposit secures your villa and dates and removes them from sale.

Balance due

The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival. If the balance is not received by that date, Playa Blanca may cancel the reservation and retain the deposit. Reservations made within 60 days of arrival must be paid in full.

Cancellation & changes

Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival forfeit the deposit only; any balance already paid is refunded. Cancellations inside 60 days are non-refundable in full. Date changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Damage, conduct & occupancy

The signer is responsible for the conduct of everyone in the party and for any loss or damage to the property beyond normal wear. Maximum occupancy stated for the villa may not be exceeded. No smoking indoors. Pets only with prior written approval. A valid credit card on file may be charged for damages.

Liability & island conditions

Playa Blanca is a remote private island. Guests use the beach, docks, watercraft, and equipment at their own risk and release Playa Blanca and its staff from liability for injury, illness, or loss of property. Weather, sea conditions, boat transfers, and utility interruptions are outside our control and are not grounds for refund.
